Current price per point for Beach Club Villas?

Does anyone know what the current price per point for Beach Club Villas through Disney is and has anyone tried getting points lately?

Last I heard, $95/pt plus nominal closing costs (~$200) through Disney.

My guide offered me some points a month or so ago that were available for our use year. Looks like you already own there, so you can probably just call your guide and ask. Good luck! We just got back from BCV and I want to go again already !

The current price is $95/pt. I was told by my guide that there's no closing cost on resale pts. I was also told that I would probably be on the waitlist for about 6 months before my pts would come through.

We added points a few months ago. It took us about 2 months to get all the points we wanted in our use year. BCV rocks!

Terry, Are you selling all of your points? I remember you bought about the same time we did when BCV first started selling and then kept adding on. We called our guide the beginning of November to add on at BCV with February use year. She said it was $95 per point for BCV and, I think she told me there would not be any closing costs for add ons through DVC. She also said that it could take anywhere from a few days to several months for it to come through for us. We're hoping to get another 50-60 points.
