Well, this is old news because we were there at the end of March. At that time, Nuie and Raratonga were under rehab as was the quiet pool. The pool is open again but I haven't heard that those two longhouses are as yet.

When I passed by on the monorail last week, the building closest to the TTC and monorail was boarded up. It used to be Pago-Pago,not sure what the name is now.

Closest to the TTC? That would be Rapa Nui. I didn't even think it was schedules to be worked on according to the esteemed Tikiman.

If you mean closest to the GCH and monorail at the Polynesian (and to the right of the GCH from the monorail) that would be Raratonga.

Rapa Nuie is the one building with fully accessible rooms so I cannot imagine it is actually closed. I have such a room booked but not till October.
