current maintenance fees for DVC

Does anyone have a current list of maintenance fees for each of the resorts? I know that SSR is $3.80 per point, what are the others? Dh & I are trying to decide between SSR & resale, just curious what yearly dues would be elsewhere. Thanks

Old Key West - $3.68
Hilton Head - $3.86
Beach Club Villas - $4.18
Wilderness Lodge - $4.22
Boardwalk Villas - $4.25
Vero Beach - $4.67

Here is my two cents.

Forget the maintenance fees and base your decision on the resort that is most appealing to you and your family. $0.50 one way or the other on MF is really trivial to what you are paying to be in the DVC. The only two real issues between buying from Disney (SSR) or a resale (all the others) are:

1. Where you want for your home resort to be, this is where you will have the 11 month booking window

2. The life of the contract (50 vs. 38 years)

I was all set to buy SSR until I did a little research and decided that location was the main issue for my family.
