Current "free" dining promotion question

I second what a previous poster said....You can use your table credits at a quick serve. We did it the last time we had free dining.
It is their option to allow use of TS credits at QS places. It is not always permitted, not even during free dining.
We have done that at POP & PORFQ food courts. Usually when we have the deluxe plan we use one of the TS credits each for a QS & you can even speak to the cashier or food court mgr to approve using the TS credit for several snacks. We have done that before on the last day for snacks to take home.
The deluxe plan is different. On the DDP, you get 1 CS, 1 TS, 1 snack credit. The credits are specifically separated out. On the DXDP, you get 3 meal credits, not separated by CS or TS by design, and 2 snack credits. You can use a credit at a CS without asking anyone for anything - that's the way the plan is set up.

The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2)
Snacks per person

I have to disagree. When we do deluxe we are usually tired of eating by the end of our stay :rotfl: We have used deluxe credits for snacks at both POP food court & POR food court. Just speak to the cashier or food court mgr ahead of time & they will tell you how many snack credits they will allow & which cashier to go thru. I think it was around 5 snacks for each TS we used.

Yes, & you can ask for snack credits for a TS credit. It is probably up to a manager to decide if & how many snack credits but you can ask. :goodvibes And you may receive as we have....

Easy NO ADRs...We did the standard DDP on our first trip but we didn't like planning our day around ADRs. Granted the food was GREAT just want to spend our time enjoying the parks....Not the food.

This is why the last 2 years we have stayed at pop. We had the RDP for POP last year beacuse we booked a bounceback. When they offered the QSDP for last year we changed to that. The cm thought I was nuts. But I will tell you it worked out much better for our family. We still do a couple of adr's for 10 days but we aren't tied down. I'm not the over planer type. We get up and sort of decied where we want to go in the morning.

The only adr's we have this trip is Tukser breakfest need to get the character in and T-rex. I do wish they would let you choose a modeate and do the QSDP. IF so we would stay in one.
