current BWV add on rates?

Anyone know the current rates for add ons at BWV via DVC directly? Any special deals that I should know about?
Just trying to decide if I want to deal with the whole ROFR thing...

It is in fact $98/pt. with no special deals. Only the 2 new resorts have specials. I called a few hours ago and asked my guide.

Yes - no closing costs for add-ons , but new members will still have nominal closing costs for their initial purchase.

Depending upon your Use Year -- Yes. I've added on a couple times this year at BWV (March UY) and the points were always immediately available without having to wait list.

The number of points available depends on the UY. When I originally bought in to BWV, DVC had the points I needed immediately in an April UY. When I added on this past summer, I had to be placed on a waitlist.

You may not want to deal with the wait to pass ROFR, but you may like the opportunity to buy a loaded contract. Who wouldn't like extra points? However, it would probably be good to get some of the resellers like TSS working for you... the small contracts go quickly!

My son added 120 points at the BWV about 10 days ago. The prices was $98 per point with no closing costs. His use year is December. The points were immediately available (starting with the Dec 06 points).
