Current Bus Routes from Resorts to Waterparks and Back

What is the current transportation from resorts to the waterparks and back?
It seems that last summer the morning buses went to Disney Springs and Typhoon Lagoon or another route was AK park and Blizzard Beach. If you left TL midday you took a bus to the Springs then got your resort bus. From BB midday everyone was bussed to AK then got your resort bus. I think to get to the waterparks midday from a resort you did the same transfer to AK or DS.
Is this the current setup?

Hi, I posted on that other thread too but here is the current setup for all Disney resorts:

For TL: Resort to DS, transfer to another bus to TL (going back is the same in reverse)

For BB: Resort to AK, transfer to another bus to BB (going back is the same in revers)

I'm not really a fan of this arrangement, I miss the direct resort to water park busses.
