I predict that bounce back offers for January 2015 will be available in December 2014, if WDW continues the pattern it has followed for years. Bounce back offers for January 2013 were released in December 2012. There are some good rumors that the bounce back for 2014 will be released sometime after November 15th 2013.

I also predict that general public discounts for January 2015 will be released in October of 2014. But that is a really long range forecast. The general public discounts for January of 2013 were released in October of 2012.

I really, really hope they have 2014 room only BB offers by the time I get there in October. I can always use AP rates, but they are so slow about offering them these days. Just seems pretty silly not to have the BB offers available in the fall to entice people to come in January/February.

Has anyone ever gone just for a 1 night stay to be able to book a BB for the next year? Considering doing this and feel like maybe I'm a little crazy!! Doing this could save us like $1000 above and beyond the cost of this crazy one nighter!!! With the way they moved FD to only September this year, I am assuming this is the trend for FD in the future. The only way it seems to get FD in Aug is to get the BB or hope for the elusive PIN #. With the ages of my kids, missing a week and a half of school at the beginning of the year is just not feasible.
If anyone has ever done this and can give feedback, I would appreciate it!

That sounds like a great way to get an awesome rate for your next vacation.
Just make sure you confirm the type of discounts before your 1 night stay. It also wouldnt hurt to call the BB number before your stay to find out if they have availabilty for your return dates !!! You could always cancel your 1 nighter (that doesnt sound right , lol) if the BB offer is sold out of the dates or Resorts you need.

Thank u for your support! I don't feel so crazy now! Maybe I felt that way cause I was posing the idea in the non-dis world. Here on the disboards where my addiction is shared it doesn't seem so strange! Lol!

From what I have read here, the dates for my return match up with the fd being offered for bb. But, I will take your advice and call the bb ph # and confirm.

My DH and I thought about staying 1 or 2 nights last year just so we could get a RO discount for this year to finally stay at the POLY So nope don't think that is crazy at all

We ended up getting a RO pin in my email so we never did go last year. I am really hoping for RO for next September/October when we go in a month. Just don't think I will get that lucky

Yay! We got FD for next year!!!!!!!!!! Here in the world now and called the BB line and got port Orleans riverside for next august starting on August 20th! So happy

When I called them at the start of August, they did not give me the code but told me the dates (starting August 20, 2014). I would call them back again and hopefully get a different CM and let them know that you are specifically looking for the Free Dining Bounceback that starts on that date.
