Current Bounceback?

I got a bounceback email the morning of our departure (11/15). It was for 35% off deluxe (which we were staying in) if booked before departure. It included our Nov. 2012 dates so we booked. I feel bad since people aren't getting them but I figured I should tell people there ARE bounceback deals.

I called the number this am prior to checkout and I was able to get 35% off GF for next year :) We had no flyer in the room but thought I would call anyways...be persistent :cool1::thumbsup2:cool1::thumbsup2

Checked ou today. No flyer in the room but called anyway and got 35% off deluxe for aug and dec 2012. Call if you don't get the flyer. I called front desk to ask and they connected me but maybe x8844 is more direct. Good luck.

Glad to hear about the bounce back offers; I talked to a CM via phone last week and she said to definitley call if there wasn't an offer in the room; we're hoping to get one for next June!

Is there a code you have to ask for when calling the extension from your room or do they know because you call from one of their phones?

We called and got a 35% off bounce back on the Ft Wilderness Cabins for next Sept-Oct. There was no flyer in our room either.

When I asked the operator, the bounce back offer was for June 3-9, Aug 5-Oct 6, and Oct 21-Nov 3 2012. Each was for 25%-35% off. When you're at the resort, dial 8844 and specifically ask for the bounce back offer.

I did not need to give a "code" to book the bounce back. I called from my cell phone. The CM was able to confirm my current reservation in their system. I did provide them with my reservation #. I imagine calling they would still have to confirm your current reservation even if you called from the room.

I know this has been answered before, sorry...can you book a bounceback when staying on DVC points?

I was at the Boardwalk from 11/13-11/20. I was offered a 35% off deluxe room rate for dates throughout 2012 (selected dates in every month Jan-Dec). There was nothing in the room. I asked both the Front Desk and Housekeeping but they had nothing. But I ended up getting an email on my last day!

When I booked my next trip, the operator told me this offer was extended through June of next year so that I would get it again when I visit in March.

Yes. If you are currently at a WDW resort you are eligible to book a bounceback deal.

Is there any pattern to the dates that are offered for bouncebacks? For example, if you visit at a certain time of year, are you typically offered (if there is a bounceback offered) a bounceback for certain upcoming dates? We usually vist WDW the first week of April and all of our bounceback offers in the past were usually for approx. the May-Dec. of the same calender year. When we travel this April 2012, we will go knowing that we will be returning the first week of January 2013. Just wondering if there is any chance at all that we might be offered a bounceback for the next calender year.

We were there the week of 11/14 and our BB had the following dates available.

1/1—1/5/12, 1/8—1/12/12, 1/16—2/8/12, 2/12—2/18/12, 3/4—3/10/12,
3/18—3/31/12, 4/29—5/26/12, 6/3—6/9/12, 8/5—10/6/12, 10/21—11/3/12,
11/11—11/17/12, 11/25—12/1/12 and 12/9—12/15/12.

When I booked a BB in September 2009 it also had dates that spaned the whole year but had several black out periods. (Very similar to the dates above)

Hope that is helpful.

Thanks for the info. Now I am wondering if I will be lucky enough to have 2013 bounceback dates available by the time I travel in April. I teach so we are usually locked into spring break Florida trips, so I don't usually benefit from bouncebacks b/c my dates are often blacked out. Next school year, our winter break encompasses the whole first week of January and we would like to plan a WDW trip that will actually not be peak rates for a change.

One more question... On the bounceback, if I book the stay to start on a day that is not blacked out, do I get the 35% off for all days of my stay (even if there are days that fall during the backed out weekend dates)? For example, if I book a stay that is Monday-Monday, but Friday and Saturday are blacked out...do I have to pay full price for Friday and Saturday? I know in the past, the discount was good for the length of youor stay, but I also know that WDW has changed their pricing tactics for room only stays and I don't know if or how this may affect the bounceback offers.

I believe that yes, you will have to pay full price for Friday and Saturday.

I called and asked, the dates are August 17-September 27 so I miss my date by 2 days.

I am still hopeful they will have Free dining anyway for the fall.

Does anyone know from past experiences whether or not the August 17th start date on the bounceback is a good indication of when Free Dining would start for August 2012 when it comes out to the GP? I've been looking at historical dates and FD would save me more than my current pin offer. Just wondering....

Do you happen to know what the booking code is? The reason I ask is because I am checking into the Boardwalk Inn this Thursday and would need it just incase my room doesn't have the Bounceback offer sheet, so this way it would be easier when calling the Disney Reservation Center when speaking to a Cast Member?

If you are going to be there on Thursday and you don't have a BB offer in the room ask for a copy. If you are at WDW it is easy to get one from the concierge or housekeeping.

I am checking in next friday and I wanted to know is this offer limite to booking deluxe only ?
Is it possible to change a bounceback offer without losing the discount ?
thank you
