Is this the new current autograph book in DLP, or am I right in thinking theres a design a bit like a postal stamp?

If this is the new current one then its the same one we got on our april trip. But im sure I seen one like a postal design type thing, blue and red around it? or maybe it was just a notebook and not an autograph book that I seen.
Any ideas anyone?
