Curious about AE FP week of 9/20 - 9/27

I was on at 12:01am 60 days out for 9/25 -9/30 and there was nothing left. It surprised me because the crowd calendars say they are 3 level crowds the days we chose to go to MK. I checked every day of our vacation though and nothing!

I booked at 12:00 at our 60 day mark for our trip 9/20-9/30. No A&E until the 29 the which I had my choice of ANY time I wanted. Just proved that + 10 seems to be the major factor on if you get it or not. But I had many choices for 7DMT from day 1 on, we got it for day 1 and day 9.

Thanks for the info. I too booked 1:01 am at the 60 day mark and had no problem getting everything desired except AE.

Considering the announced no more FP+/testing last week, I was just wondering if anyone was successful during that time frame with AE.

It's hard.for me to keepnup , but no more FP+/testing? Are you talking about the 3 day test where they didn't have a standby line and we're issuing out card stock passes which said what time to return? They still had FP+ during that time.

My mistake, I meant the removal of standy by lines.

I honestly dont think I have seen anyone say they successfully got an AE FP from 9.21 to 9.28.

I was able to get FP for A&E for mid afternoon 9/21 for 3. But. That was the last day of our 9 day trip. Booking window opened for 9/13.

My trip is 9/20-9/28. I was on at midnight and got 5 AE for 9/24 at 6pm. That is our 2nd (and last) MK day and I started with just 2 (4 yo girl and her mom). Then I tried for 3 more (me and DD7&DD9). I tried to move just the first two earlier but couldn't. I'll keep trying. I'm hoping my girls decide they don't need to meet them. DD9 wants to see 4yo face when she meets - which is cute. The males of our group have BMTRR in morning instead. So by lunch they can pull a 4th but we won't get to - which makes it hard to stick together all day. Pretty laid back group so should be fine.

Curious about crowds. We were there this week in 2012 and it was great! I remember being worried bc ADRs were hard to move/get. But it is free dining - so that wasn't a fair representation of crowds. Hoping this FP+ for AE is also not a fair representation of crowds.

Trip Sept. 19-27 Went on line at 11:01. Was about 11:04 before my dates showed up. Went straight to our MK day which is Sept. 22. Had everything I wanted including A&E. Went to confirm and it switched out A&E for FTWB. Had like a 9:30am. Went back in right away and could only get 5:30. That was fine for me, but I would of been really mad, had it not worked out. I think it is ridiculous that a trip has to be soooooooooooooo stressful before you even get there. I am worried that we are going to have a few glitches once we arrive. We are a family of 14, so it has been crazy getting everyone to book
FP+ Still have to fix some, because they booked them the same time as lunches or dinners, but we will make it work.

Hey -- we're going the same week! My husband and I tried a 2-prong attempt since we have linked MDE accounts -- he took Thursday and I took Friday. We were online at midnight and were lucky enough to get one for Thursday 9/25 and one for Friday 9/26. We'll end up releasing one of them, but with the horror stories I've read of FP just disappearing, I'm a little nervous to change anything right now.
