Curb the Exchange Rate Promotion?

I called a few days ago and after waiting on hold for the CM to speak to Guest Relations, they could not find the code. She did say that the Free Dining offer we already have applied is the best offer we can get. At least she tried to find out more details but no such luck!

Hey guys..sorry I just checked this thread now. I dont know if Disney will give me the info since we used a travel agent to book? When I called before they wouldnt give me other info and just told me to call my travel agent. This is so strange that no one seems to know what it is.

There are right if you used a travel agent they would need to call but.... there should be no problem with your travel agent requesting it. The cast member I spoke to said if I was able to receive the reservation number they would provide me with no information on the reservation except the code everyone would need to know. ( I call the travel agent line since I am a TA so they may be more willing to work with me knowing I am not calling about the reservation itself but getting the code for clients who want to take advantage of it).

As near as I can tell, you just tell them it is a rate for Canadians when you call.

It sounds like this is a code already in circulation to the general public and perhaps the TA just referred to it as the "curb the exchange rate promotion".
