The cappuccino cupcake from Pizza Planet is my favorite.

1. Starring Rolls - red velvet cupcake, always moist and fresh.
2. Zebra orange marmalade cupcake, tart and tangy, so good.

Honorable mention: not a cupcake but the brownie paw at Kusafiri Bakery in AK. Yes, it's a brownie, but smothered in chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream, then covered with some chocolate pieces for the "paw". It is phenomenal.

Where was the Zebra orange cupcake from? Sounds good!

Well I thought they were made of king cake, which is yummy deliciousness popular in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. However, I have since learned they refer to The King, and are chocolate, peanut butter and bacon.

My daughter and I got the Queen of Hearts cupcake to share from the Cheshire Cafe. It was a snack credit. It was GREAT! Tasted like a Little Debbie strawberry shortcake roll.

Thanks for all the great info! I has a Lemmon blueberry cupcake last year at Pizza Plane and it was great. It started a cupcake love. Thanks to you all I now have a list of all the cupcakes I want to try on our upcoming trip.

Zebra Orange marmalade cupcakes are awesome. I've only seen them at Mara in Animal Kingdom Lodge. I've had one for breakfast...so good.

Another vote for the cappuccino cupcake from Pizza Planet.

I agree with pp that the cupcakes from Starring Rolls would be better if they weren't cold. It makes the cake part seem dried out. I am going to try buying one and letting it warm up a little before eating it to see if that helps because I really like the flavor of their cupcakes, just not the consistency.

Thanks! My DD and I are doing a cupcake crawl to celebrate her Sweet Sixteen - definitely adding that one to the list! Our goal is 16 cupcakes (but we have 13 days) and the tartness will taste good after so much sweet! I'm glad this thread was started - I am getting some good ideas!
