I love cupcakes. One of the things I love to do at Disney is explore and find the really good cupcakes.

The butterfinger cupcake at Starring Rolls is one of my favorite.

It has been two years since I have been at Disney. We are going on the 16th of this month.

Who has found a really great cupcake? Where did you find it?

Thanks so much!!

The Stawberry cupcake at Be Our Guest is terrific. It is just as delicious as it is beautiful. A delight!
The chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting was excellent at Port Orleans Riverside. A scrumptious unassuming classic.

I loved the Cappuccino cupcake at the former Pizza Planet. Unfortunately I don't remember seeing it on the menu at the new restaurant there, nor do I know any place else I can get it. Another favorite, strange as it seems, is the vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting thatI got at Mara. Although I especially loved the plain vanilla one there, I'd imagine that that not-so-special flavor would taste as good anywhere.

I am planning on trying the Cannoli cupcake that the snack place in Italy has!!!

I was very surprised to find that the lemon cupcake at Sunshine Seasons was excellent. I'm not normally a fruit cupcake fan and lemon is iffy but we were on DDP and it just looked good. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be - not too tart and not an overly syrupy, excessively preserve taste to the lemon if that makes sense. It was lighter (If you can say that about a giant cupcakes) and refreshing. I split it with my citrus loving DD and she was in heaven.

Not a cupcake per se, but the maple bacon Whoopi pie at sweet spells in DHS was awesome! It essentially is like a cupcake snadwhich.

That sounds great - I will have to look for that, and tell DS for senior trip next yr., since he is a bacon fanatic!

Almost any cupcake at Kusafiri in AK. Their brownie paw is really good too. Starring Rolls has so many good cupcakes, including the red velvet one.

We happened upon Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary and they had tons of great cupcake options. They change seasonally, but we had a banana pudding one that was the best I've ever had on property.

Main St. Confectionary in MK. My favorite. Have to make a stop here every trip!

I second the Contempo cafe! Great cupcakes. Dirt and Worms, chocolate mint, and apple were all delicious!

Last year we got a chewbacca cupcake at DHS that was german chocolate. It was SO good. Unfortunately, I don't think they have it any more. We only saw the darth vader peanut butter for Thanksgiving week, which was just ok to us.

We really enjoyed the SS Lemon cupcake too. You described it perfectly. So fluffy and refreshing.

The Darth Vader cupcake at HS came in as a close second but it is much heavier and very rich. We could not finish it even splitting it between myself and my 9yo

Just had this for the first time last week! It is definitely going to be a redo for our next trip

The gingerbread cupcakes are my favorite cupcake of all time. Only around Christmas. Only in certain locations. I don't know if they are in the same place every year, but we got them at the Backlot Express restaurant a few years ago.

Shut. UP! We started in there before JBJB for cocoa and the line was stupid (hello, cocoa carts??!?) so we went to Starbucks instead. I'd have gorged on that for sure!!! And if it was as big as the old Writers Stop carrot cake cookie, I'd probably have been in blissfully in a sugar coma before Oogie Boogie made off with Santa (ugh).
