Culinary Demonstration at the Festival

We just booked a culinary demonstration/wine presentation and DH asked about the size of the sample that you get. This will be the first time we are attending. Do you know ahead of time what they will be cooking and preparing?

nobody knows yet, since there was never a charge for the seminars in the past. In the past when it was free, it was a bite sized portion, maybe 2 bites.

With the charge now, who knows if what they give you for your money will be greater, but I would bet it is at most the size of a portion of what you buy at the F&WF booths.

If all goes the way it's gone in the past, there won't be any way of knowing what will be served at a culinary demonstration until the day of the demonstration itself, when a notice is posted in the festival center that includes the demonstrated items.
