Because of the car show?If DH was into cars it deft would be perfect, like an extra perk to your vacation! Neither of us are into it though, and as much as I want to believe it won't be packed I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned. I would hate to not enjoy myself and wish I had booked elsewhere. I am so torn! $99 a night does sound amazing though! I will have to see what DH thinks, he's usually the voice of reason...
My husband is a tight wad and we stay at values but when he heard of the price and the show he was all in. And yes, he loves cars. It is a perk and I am concerned about the level of participation at the resort but, hey - if I can get a moderate out from my husband, I'm going for it. Yes, there will be more people than I care for, yes, I don't like the moderate bus system with multiple internal bus stops but we are two people on vacation and, for one of the few times, my husband will be the happiest he can be. I will do that for him.
