Does anyone have the rom request fax # to CSR? Also, when should I call to have the best chances of getting my request granted? TIA

You can get the fax # at allears.com, but I would suggest you contact Disney @ 407-wdwMagic and have your request added to your ressies as the CM's no longer look at the faxed request.

I also suggest adding your requests to your reservation. Then you don't need to worry if they match up a fax to a reservation. Most resorts are ignoring faxes.
