CSR - King & Water?

Does anyone have suggestions on which room to request at CSR if I want a king bed with a water view?

It depends and what you want. King beds are available in all sections.


cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site over the wooden bridge

cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building.

cabana 8b and 9a are inbetween the 2 above.

Cabana rooms are mostly waterview rooms or non parking lot views.

ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

The casitas are close to the gym, spa and have great fountains and courtyards. casita 5 is close to the Dig Site with a good walk to the main building. The lower the casita number the closer towards the main building.

We got an amazing KIng with a water view for our honeymoon~we were in Casitas 4 I believe facing the lake-we literally looked out our window at the sun coming up over the water every morning. Very beautiful! We have stayed in the Ranchos before as well and we really loved the Casitas and plan to request that section again for a future trip!

We also had a king room facing the lake in Casitas 4. Beautiful view of the sun rising over the lake. I was not sure I would like the Casitas at first but we loved it. The fountains in the courtyards are so pretty especially at night. It was not a very long walk to the food court, etc.. but it was so pretty that we appreciated the chance to get to make the walk everyday.

CSR is really wonderful and so far it is my favorite resort.
