CSR, free dining 2013

Looking for Free Dining in 2013 during the last week of August. Right now CSR is all booked up for that week, do you think that there may be a chance that rooms may open up later on and be Free Dining eligible if the discount is released for next year?

I assume you are talking about the UK FD discount? The actual resort isn't booked up just the rooms available for your discount are. Free Dining here hasn't been released for Aug 2013 and won't be until next year. You could try calling the UK TA that handles your travel but I'd probably book at another resort just so you have a guaranteed place to stay with discount then if CSR opens up swap to it.

Ya, there is a convention going on. I do know thats why it is all booked up as of now. I just wonder if there may be a chance that rooms might open up next year. But even if they do open some up, that may also mean that there will be enough rooms booked there not to offer Free Dining there next year too. Guess I will just hope for POFQ then.

Ya, it is in 2013. Totally booked the last week in August. No rooms what so ever.

Aug 30 - Sep 2, Mustang Club of America Grand National Show (discount reservations Aug 26 - Sep 5)

that's scheduled already for next year. It's possible it's only one day or so that's sold out not necessarily the whole block you are looking for.

oh another idea is maybe they have a lot of rooms blocked and once it's closer to the date they will release what's not reserved by the convention. Not really sure how it works with conventions and blocking rooms but I'm sure some will probably open up

It must be a large convention for CSR to be booked up more than a year in advance.

Not to mention the fact that if it is totally booked more than a year in advance, there will not be any free dining there, even if you could anticipate when exactly free dining might start in August more than a year in advance.

The short form is, there really isn't any way to tell right now.
