CSR Convention 10/8 - 10/15???

Does anyone know if there are conventions going on at CSR from 10/8 - 10/15? There are no rooms available this week. We already have our reservations that week. Just wondering what to expect?

Yes there is a convention going and also into the following week as well because my DH will be there.

We've stayed there when there were several conventions going on at once, and unless you are in the main building when they are on break an walking about......we didn't even know they were there. We had the pool area practically to ourselves other than a few spouses with young children. Was great !

I will be at Coronado Springs for a convention 10/13-10/16, and I know the block of rooms and the resort were sold out according to the organization holding the convention.

The more conventioneers the better as far as I'm concerned.

They don't ride the bus much.

They don't swim in the pool all day.

They don't have 3,000 kids at the dig site.

They don't plug up the line at the water slide.

They don't make the parks more crowded like rooms full of regular vacationers would.

They are generally only out in the evenings, and they're usually not as loud as everyone else.
