CSI was intense tonight

Okay so here's the thing...I usually can't stand Lady Heather (as I am an avid believer that Grissom and Sara are meant to be :rolleyes1 ) and the writers tend to just bring her in during sweeps. Buuuut...last nights episode was actually really enjoyable. If they had to bring her in I'm glad they didn't just use her as a sweeps stunt. It was actually an intense and well thought out storyline. And as much as I usually don't like Lady Heather I almost cried for her a couple times. Especially at the end when she's whipping that guy within an inch of his life. She just looked so grief stricken and desperate because of her daughters death and wanting to find justice for her. I will definately give Melinda Clarke her props. She played that scene very well. All in all, a good episode :thumbsup2

And the way Gil held her at the end...loved it...brought tears to my eyes.

Gil needs to get some I tell ya...

I was watching an old episode on Spike...the one where the stock broker hockey player was killed on the ice...Sara and Gil were talking about "beauty" and Sara asked Gil.."when did you start believe in beauty" and he replied "When I met you"...no wonder the poor girl is confused!

That episode is what made me start believing in what many fans call "the geek love." I really do think Sara would be good for him but he's so emotionally closed off sometimes :sad2: There was actually supposed to be an episode this season where Grissom and Sara sleep together but William Petersen had a death in the family so the episode couldn't be filmed. But I still have faith it'll happen someday

The actor who plays Warrick said they didn't tell him about it until he got to the set. "...and oh by the way, your character got married at a drive-thru chapel while you were on summer vacation." I honestly haven't been too impressed with the writing on CSI this season. There's been a few really good episodes (last nights included) but nothing too spectacular. IMO, the earlier seasons writers were much more consistent and actually understood the word "continuity." :smooth:

I 100% agree with this statement..

A few times I've needed clarification after watching a new episode...like last night. When they found the dead twin...I was like "wasn't Brass JUST talking to him in his office, lik, an hour ago?"

and he's defrosting in a car now?

I still love CSI though...I didn't jump on board until like season 3...my Tivo upstairs is FULL of CSI's...(usually 3 episodes a day from SpikeTV!) I always have something to watch!

Same here. I love that they show the re-runs everyday on Spike. I've now seen every episode of CSI (minus the new one) at least twice. Now there's something to put on my resume' :rotfl:
