CSI: Miami Spoilers Needed

Ok I'll give it a try!

Opening scene was a rap concert. Gunshots rang out but in time with the music. The rap singer is overcome by his bodyguards and is shot along with one of the guards. The guard dies at the scene. While starting the autopsy on the guard, the medical examiner hears a banging coming from one of the "freezers". She pulls the body out and finds out the girl in there is still alive. Calls 911 and they send the CSI crew to start investigating.

She was in a car crash, hit a hydrant and the water flew up and covered her for several minutes. The water was about 60º so she got hypothermic and her blood pressure went way down. I think that was how they explained that the paramedics thought she was dead at the scene. The CSI guys discover a toenail in the lining of her jeep (passenger side, not the victims). Upon further inspection, they discover a 2nd woman impaled in a tree. She was not wearing a seatbelt and flew upwards when the jeep hit the hydrant. She had obviously been there a while and died before the impalement it was discovered. The previously thought dead victim comes up with a bout of amnesia.

Horatio starts questioning the bodyguards job agency. And found that the guard that was killed previously worked for a sportscaster. While there H. discovers that the sportscasters Lincoln Navigator has blood and dent marks on it. Turns out the car was involved in a hit and run. The sportscaster said that the bodyguard had borrowed the car and came home drunk one night. They got in an altercation and punches were thrown. The sportscaster fired the body guard on the spot. It was later discovered that the "new" bodyguard the sportscaster hired was the one who put the hit on the old bodyguard and the bullet went through his abdomen and into the shoulder of the rapper (by accident). The old bodyguard (and the one who was killed) knew that the sportscaster was the one who was driving and he could have squealed to the police (he was going to in fact) so the sportscaster had him killed.

Back to amnesia girl. She identified the girl that died as her girlfriend. Apparently she had just moved in with amnesia girl. CSI agents went to their house and discovered broken bottles, furnature. They found a shred of clothing on a broken wine bottle. They at first assumed it was a lovers quarrel. But later when CSI questioned amnesia girl about the fabric she said it could have come from her ex-boyfriend who worked at a gym and wore a mesh uniform shirt. CSI questioned him and he denied everything. When he left the agents, took a towel that he used to dry his sweat off with. It matched the dna from the scene. What ended up happening is this. Impaled girl answered the door, once the ex-boyfriend discovered that amneia girl left him for impaled girl, he went into a rage. Impaled girl fought valiently and sliced him with the wine bottle. He got a corkscrew and stabbed her repeatedly with it and then left. She was still alive when amnesia girl came home. She dragged her to the jeep and was driving her to the hospital when she was trying to get impaled girl to stay awake, she ran off the road and hit the hydrant.

Oh yea, sportscasters lincoln had sensors that detected when there was an accident. within seconds of the sportscaster hitting the kid during the hit and run, they called his mobile to see if he was alright. He said yes, that he accidentally hit a curb and hung up. That's how they proved that it was him and not the body guard that did the hit and run. He was obviously drunk during the call.

I have DirecTv - but once a storm moves in, we pretty much lose our local channels - which SUCKS...but I have 300+ other channels to choose from, so I live.

My connection cut out right after they looked up and saw impaled girl. I thought she was just thrown up in the tree - but impaled? DAYAM!
