We are doing 1 day SW for the 1st time next month during our Disney trip. We are staying on Disney property and driving over. We have dining reservations with free dining in Disney resort that night and will eat breakfast in our room before leaving out for SW. Will we need the all day dining plan if we are planning on eating lunch in the park? There is 4 of us which would be 120.00 I do think we could eat for way less than that unless their meals are outrageously expensive. We plan on getting ice water and bringing our own flavoring packets if it's allowed.

TIA

Doesn't seem like you will need the all day dining unless you plan to drink a lot of drinks/water. We did all day dining it was nice to grab a bottle water or drink and snack as needed.

The prices were typically theme park price range $9-17 for meals. Meals included 2 sides. I think the kid meals were $7.

Drinks and bottled water were $2.75+.

Thanks. Do they only have bottle water that they sell or do they give free ice water? We will probably buy the souvenir mug and refill some and get the free ice water if they do that.

The all day dining deal at Sea World and Busch Gardens is a great deal if you're planning 2-3 meals at the parks but in your situation I would not get it.The meal prices are typical for theme parks,$8-$16 depending on what you get, only items like baby back ribs will be on the high end, most things will be $8-$11,desserts around $3-$4 and drinks also around $3.If you go in the summer or any day that has high temperatures around 85-95 you're going to have to drink all day long and nothing beats just walking into the line showing your wristband to get a soda or water or if you just want a snack and want a dessert or some strawberries you're free to get them all day long.So to sum it up if you plan spend most of the day in the park and get two meals or more in the day and it's hot the deal is pretty much a must do,like you'll save a lot of money by getting it,otherwise skip it.

I am guessing that they do since it is common at most theme parks. I only grabbed bottled water since we had All Day Dining.

They do have the souvenir mugs and a refill program.
