CS Salads without dressing?

We're leaving on Sunday (1 week - Yay!) and I'm hoping to actually lose weight on this vacation! Anyway, I want to order CS salads, but I don't like salad dressing. Do all CS salads come with the dressing on the side? Is it possible to get things like the Chicken Ceasar salads and other "specialty" salads without salad dressing?

I feel rather odd asking - this is my umpteenth trip, but I don't think I've ever gotten a CS salad in the past! This time I'm hoping my willpower and self-control hold out. Maybe I can convince myself that if I stick to salads, I can have all the yummy desserts!

The pre-packaged side salads always have the dressing on the side. Most (maybe all; I can't remember one that wasn't dressed) of the entree salads are pre-dressed, and they use way, way more dressing than I prefer.

It should be possible to get the dressing on the side - just ask. It might mean a longer wait, though. (For instance, the seared tuna salad at Sunshine Seasons is made up individually when you order, but the greens are pre-dressed before they arrive at the station. Someone would have to go get undressed greens and find a container for the dressing, in order to put the dressing on the side.)

I always order salad at Pecos Bill's in MK and they use Ken's dressing in the packets.

If you order a Chicken Ceasar Salad at the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary they are always made fresh each time you order them, so they are not pre-made and kept inside a fridge all day. Plus when you order them on their touch screen ordering system you can choose not to have any dressing on there, so just select to have it on the side.

I eat a lot of salads and don't like dressing on them, and have ordered plenty from many locations in Disney and have always got my requested salad with no dressing. Many of them are pre-made, but they only put the dressing on when it is ordered to prevent it from going limp. Just tell them when you place your order.
