CS restaurant hours

I have tried to find this info, maybe not looking in the right spots? Can anyone confirm the operating hours of CS restaurants? Specifically concerning the opening time of these restaurants. I am trying to "overplan" our days..lol!! I am thinking that if they open at 11am we can do an early lunch then leave the parks to head back to the resort to swim/nap, then return later for dinner ressies. Any info regarding times, or even where to look for this info would greatly appreciated.
BTW, my DH thinks I am the Disney Fairy, because I am getting all this awesome info from you guys!! Thanks to all of you, the true Disney Fairies!!!

IIRC from previous trips, 11am was the norm for CS places that didn't serve breakfast. My DD isn't a big breakfast eater, and was always starving at 10:30, and everything was still closed.

11 is the ideal time to eat - we never had crowds or lines eating early, but the lines were enormous by 12:30.

I believe the earliest some of the counter service locations in the parks open for lunch is 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM for some of the others would be the latest.

Thanks, glad to hear this..you know how hard it is to get your orders all set and find a table at these places..all the while wheeling a stroller or taking children by the hand...especially when it's busy!!! So, lunch as early as possible then sneaking out for a rest...
