Are the operating hours for the different CS places listed anywhere? Like what time lunch starts. Thanks

The CS restaurant hours are generally listed on the times guides for each park. I don't know about a centralized location on-line.

allears lists the times for some of the CS places at the resorts on the menu pages. I did a quick check and saw times listed for Captain Cook's, Riverside Mill and Trail's End for example.
