CS for dinner--where?

Would you go to one of the nicer resorts to look around, like at AKL and then eat at their CS place for dinner (after a day at the parks)? Or would it be better to go somewhere like Coronado Springs (which supposedly has a great food court) if you have a CS or two left for dinner, but not as interesting a resort? Which would you do?
We'll be on DDP and have used up TS credits by the middle of the next to last day at WDW, but will probably have several CS left.
