cs dessert substitutions?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can tell me whether you can get things other than sweets with your cs desserts at lunch or dinner. At places that give you a choice of fries or carrots, can you get carrots for your dessert? And are there cs places that have fruit available as dessert? We aren't planning on using cs credits for breakfast, but it would be great to choose cs places where we could all get some veggies and fruits. Thanks!
