It's been quite a few years since I've been to Crystal Palace so I was wondering if you would recommend it for breakfast. How is the food and is it a nice atmosphere?

Crystal Palace for breakfast is a must do for us on every trip. We think that the food is excellent and the character interaction is great. It's a beautiful restaurant and I understand that they just reopened after some refurbishing. We can't wait to go back in May! I don't think that you would be disappointed starting your day there.

We ate there for breakfast in May. I've had luch there before and tried for a lunch PS but no luck. I usually don't care for breakfast, but the food was very good. The breakfast eaters in the family really loved it. I love the atsmophere, personally it is my favorite WDw restaurant for atsmophere.

we had Crystal palace for lunch in 2001. I did not like the food, it was a buffet and very expencsive and I left hungry. The characters were great though. I would not recomend lunch but breakfast is probably better.:earseek:

I have two things to say about the Crystal Palace
1)OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST & 2)TIGGER, TIGGER, TIGGER!!!!!

(I'm a Tigger fan can you tell??) :p The food was wonderful as was the service and character interaction. DH and I had the opportunity to be visited by the characters twice and it was so cool to be "recognized" by Tigger the second time around. He picked up my digital camera and gave it to DH to take a picture of us! Isn't that the coolest?? :teeth:

Visit the CP, I guarantee for breakfast you won't be disappointed. DH and I had a 9am PS also. I'm not sure if time really makes a difference, but sometimes the later you go to a buffet, you don't get the best of the food. ENJOY!

My daughter loves Pooh, so we did the character breakfast at CP when we were at WDW last March. The food was excellent, with a great selection, including a chef preparing cooked-to-order omelettes. The character interaction was good, with Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore stopping by our table, and Piglet "hanging out" in the center of the restaurant, with people lined up for pictures and autographs with him.

The only negative that I would note was that the buffet lines were very long and somewhat slow-moving. That can be especially frustrating with three young children, since the adults in the party have to make multiple passes through the lines to help the children fill their plates, and then to fill their own plates! :earsboy:

Overall, I'd give it a thumbs up!

We would (and probably will) do it again.

We had dinner over the holidays and it looks great. Food was better than I remember.

They told us to stay seated when we see the characters so they won't miss us. They had a pooh walker who comes by the table and gets you set up for the photo, a little rushed for my liking , but over all everybody DH,DW, DD 10 and DS 6 loved it.

We love the CP for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great each and everytime!:Pinkbounc
