Is the Crystal Palace worth going to? What kind of food do they serve? Would a 4 yr old like eating there?

Crystal Place is worth going to .The food is good for Breakfast & Dinner.

We eat at the Crystal Palace every time we go to Disney World. The food is good, and the character interaction is great. Check out allears.net and they have full menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with pricing.

My husband refuses to go to Magic Kingdom without eating breakfast at Crystal Palace. :rotfl2: He was hooked after our first meal there several years ago. The character interaction was great. The kids loved it. Pooh has a little parade with the kids. The only problem we had was getting my kids to eat. They were way to excited about the characters.

The Crystal Palace is OK . We ate there last March over Easter for the first time for Dinner . Our server was very funny and did a great job probably the best server we had on the trip. The characters also did a very good job getting to everyone. However I was not to impressed with the food , not really anything to talk about. Were going back to WDW in April and this will not be one meal we book, so maybe I should say it's OK for a one time try.

Yes, it is worth going to. We have been for both breakfast, and lunch, and we prefer lunch. The character interaction is excellent. For lunch the characters came to our table more then once! The food is basic buffet food, but it's good. Nice variety, everybody could find something they liked. Plus, there is a parade in the restaurant that kids can participate in. If you decide to eat here, then I think you should go for lunch. It is a nice break from the park, less crowded, and we have the best character interaction during lunch.

We've gone to the Crystal Palace for both breakfast and dinner. We liked breakfast, but dinner was stinky. My kids (11 and 3) hated the food.

FABULOUS!!!
We loved it...We were there for breakfast and loved it...

Yes, your 4 yr old will like it...My 9,8 and 4 yr old liked it....sorry, loved it...

I ate there a couple years ago and liked it. It's a beautiful building, and I thought the food was good. We ate dinner there.

One thing I didn't like was that it was really loud (kind of expected it as it's a character meal, but at times it seemed a little excessive).

Also, only saw one character the whole time we were there, which was fine for us, as we weren't there for the characters, but it seemed like they came around really slowly, so if you are there for the characters, I can see how that would be annoying or disappointing.

We did 5 character meals on our trip earlier this month (Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare, and Chef Mickeys for dinner, as well as Ohanas and Tusker House for breakfast). Crystal Place was voted #1 overall by our family. The food was fantastic, the character interaction was great, our server was wonderfully attentive, and the restaurant itself is very pretty.

The kids buffet has macaroni and cheese, meatballs, cheese pizza, chicken nuggets (my son said they were the best he had at WDW), etc. There is a build-your-own sundae bar along with a full range of other delectible goodies for dessert (including a boston creme pie that kicked butt).

We give Crystal Palace very high marks! :thumbsup2

We love Crystal Palace, it has definitely become a must do for us. The food and character interaction are great, plus the location makes it so easy. I would book a late lunch so you get done in time to see the afternoon parade.
