Both are all you can eat and offer plenty of meats, but there is a wider variety at CP.
At LTT, the food is served family style and you get salad, roasted turkey breast, carved beef, smoked pork loin, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb bread stuffing, gravy, rolls, and mac n cheese.
At CP, it is a buffet with a lot more selections. As for whole meats, they usually have prime rib, turkey, chicken, and pork along with a few seafood selections.
I think it just comes down to whether you want an all-American feast or more variety.
