Well I wish I could give you some advice but were Jewish so booking a trip to WDW for Easter really isn't something I think about. Take this with a grain of salt a friend of mine who went 15 years ago said he seems to remember a special buffet that day.

I don't THINK so but I don't know for sure. Regardless the regular menu is pretty appropriate for easter I think, and so is the atmosphere. It's a good pick.
I think really it's just thanksgiving when many of the restaurants have turkey and all trimmings. I don't think they have a special menu for any other holiday.
