Crystal Palace -lunch or dinner?

on our last day in Disney..I am scheduling The Crystal Palace..this will be the only character meal we book....It is character all day right? It doesn't matter what you choose? I was thinking of lunch and then using our last CS credit for dinner...Is lunch or dinner better food wise?

CP has characters at all meals. Dinner and lunch have similar food. Dinner costs a bit more but there a few items added to the buffet.

I don't think you can go wrong with either. We usually do dinner because it gives another break from the heat since we go in the summer.

I haven't done dinner, but we love lunch. We book the first lunch seating so the food is fresh & hot.

It's funny, we don't do Character Meals as we are a party of adults. We don't do alot of buffets. But we really like CP lunch for some reason.

We did a 5:30 dinner a coule of weeks ago, and it was wonderful!!! We have eaten at 1900 park faire, chef mickey's, Boma, and Cape may buffets, and I thought this was one of the best, food wise, and we had a great waitress who kept the table clear and drinks filled.

If it's your last day, perhaps lunch is better, so you won't feel rushed.

We have done both lunch and dinner, this is our favorite buffet at WDW. If there are any additional items at dinner I can't even think of what they were it seemed awfully similar. I liked doing lunch again this year because it was very hot in August and it was a nice break from the heat.

Same with us, except we've only had dinner there. The food is soooo good, with such great varied selections (including prime rib), that it's a must-do for us (and we just wave the characters on by). lol
