My family is using the dining plan and only wants to use 1 TS credit the day we go to MK and they're making me decide between an early breakfast at Crystal Palace or dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. I haven't eaten at either so I need some opinions.

I'd pick Crystal Palace for breakfast. I like the food much better. I'd say the character interaction is good at both. Does your family have character preferences? If they don't and you're just basing it on quality of food, I'd go with CP!

I have done both and I love the Liberty Tree Dinner. It is served family style, turkey ham and roast beef, potatos and gravy, veggies and mac & cheese. It's one of our favorite meals in MK. Very homestyle. They only serve it this way for dinner though, not for lunch.

I'd take Crystal Palace. Great atmosphere and the characters were awesome. DW and DS (3 1/2) both love Winnie the Pooh so it fit us perfectly. Eeyore was the first character DS got out of his seat for to go and hug. It was very cool.

I'm partial to the buffets more so than the family style. I like having more variety. LLT was just Ok to us.

Depends really on characters you want.....Pooh, Piglet, Eyore and Tigger are at CP, Minnie, Chip & Dale are dressed in colonial attire at LTT...the food at both places are good...CP is buffet style, LTT is all you can eat family style. Enjoy whichever you choose!
