Crystal Palace? Better for breakfast or lunch?

Which meal do you think is better here, breakfast, lunch or dinner? I don't know what to expect and want to get my money's worth. Of course, I am booking to meet Tigger, but still I expect decent food too. Or I can try to find Tigger at Epcot in the UK area, but I thought the meal would be nice for DH and I if the food was good. Which character meal has the best quality food? Thanks.

Well, we have always done CP for breakfast...it's our "thing". :) However, last year we did do CP for lunch and enjoyed that very much as well.

If you are breakfast eaters then do breakfast...if you are lunch eaters try doing lunch there.

A breakfast upside would be that you can get into the MK before the park opens if you have an early ADR.:flower3:

Breakfast but at that latest seating around 11am. This way you are filled up for many hours to come! Also, the lunch and dinner food didn't look appealing to our family.:goodvibes

I am not a breakfast person, so I cannot comment on that, but we love CP at dinner. I especially enjoy the salmon . . . And the characters.:thumbsup2

Breakfast Breakfast Breakfast. Without a doubt.

Couldn't agree more! In fact, this is a "must do" for my family. My kids rave that they have the best scrambled eggs of anywhere, ever. And the breakfast lasagna? Yum!!!

We've tried a lunch/dinner meal, and weren't that impressed.

And like another poster mentioned - the early ADR is fabulous - you can get in and out and be ready to go right when the park opens!!

Breakfast, before park opening. The CP is our tradition to start our MK day and it's amazing to be able to walk down an almost-empty Main Street and get great photos. We're not even big breakfast eaters, and while the food is decent, it's really more about the experience with us. I have to start my MK day with a hug from Pooh.

Another vote for breakfast here. This is our must do every trip. We always book the 8:05am ressie on a day when the park opens at 9am. It is so nice to have the park almost to ourselves when we walk in. We even have video of DD at 1yr old walking up and down mainstreet waving to people as they come in like it is her park. I would never have put her on the ground to walk mainstreet if the park was open to everyone, she would have been run over.

How early before your ADR do they let you in?
How early do the buses & monorail start before park opening?
I have never done this.

From what I have found in my researching is that the earliest you can get into MK would be 7:45. We have an 8:05 reservation at CP so we plan to get there right at 7:45. I believe you enter at the far right turnstyle and the CM will have a list of names with early morning ADRs. I also think I read that you should be able to head out on a hotel bus about an hour before park opening.

If this info is incorrect, someone please let me know.
