We saw baby groot last Wednesday 20 minutes at 1030am

Can't answer about Cruz. I don't know where that photo op is in DHS

Baby Groot and Starlord are available in Walt Disney presents.

Cruz is at the end of the toy story mania street. It was open this morning during EMH. With photopass photographer

Starlord and Baby Groot are usually 20-30 min wait.

Unless someone is actually looking for the Cruz area, I doubt they see it. I was in HS and did Toy Story about a month ago and I saw nothing of the Cruz meet and greet, but I wasnt looking for it

If u want to see Baby Groot, check the sign. Yesterday it was Star Lord only for awhile. The sign will say StarLord or StarLord and Groot.

We saw Cruz Ramirez sometime around 10am and there was no wait at all! Though I know Cruz will be unavailable for a short time soon.

We met Starlord and baby Groot sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 and we only waited about 15 min. Baby Groot was fantastic. So funny and cute! Starlord talked just like in the movie, it was very impressive!
