Crunchy or smooth PEANUT BUTTER?

I prefer extra crunchy, but since nobody else here likes it, I usually just buy the smooth.

Anyway, I like my PB the opposite of my parenting - Extra Crunchy PB is the only way to go. You might as well just put whole peanuts on my sandwich.

Does this mean that I love my peanut butter more than my kids?

When it comes to peanut butter, only smooth will do. Thank Goodness no one in my family is allergic to that!

That be me - Only Adams or what used to be Laura Scudders, if I don't have to store it upside down and then stir it I won't eat it.

It took me 20 years to convert DH from Skippy Super Chunk (gross) but finally we are a 1 peanut butter household, now if I could just get him to understand that Best Foods Mayo is sooooo much better than Miracle Whip (double gross) there would be spreadable bliss in our house

This reminds me of a time when I was about 5 yo.

DM was making PB sandwiches for us kids and, of course, used the chunky since that's what we usually had at our house. My new friend started to cry when he took a bite because he said he had "stones" in his sandwich! Apparently his was a "creamy only" family and he'd never tasted the chunky!

I must have been scarred by the experience since creamy JIF is all I'll buy now
