Cruising with Teen?

Can anyone recommend a cruiseline or specific ship that a 16 yo would enjoy? We've done DCL 3x, all itineraries and want to try something new. She did a 4-night RCCL last year with grandparent's and hated it! Said teen center was only open from 10pm-2am or something like that. Would like another line that has teen area open all the time so that she could go whenever she wants.

You may want to ask this on theDisney Cruise line board. Or search there. I seem to remember a thread where parents of older teens were recommending certain lines(Not Disney) for older teen activities.
