Love it!! Joel McHale came to my alma mater a few years ago and I took Zach's sister to see it-- we actually met him and he was sooooo nice. Zach's sister is a big fan so she was thrilled!
He was really funny! Glad you had a good time but bummer you couldn't meet him!

I'm a huge hockey fan and get nervous around my favorite players. I don't know why. They're just regular people who are lucky enough to play a game for a living.

And yes, he DOES look good in those pictures.

He was hysterical! I watch the Soup every week & every week at the end of the show he says 'Come see me...' and I always wanted to. So when I finally was able to, I was in awe. I would've had a heart attack if I had met him. I can always try again!

I'm with you on the boy band thing. I went to see NKOTBSB this summer and I was like 'BSB..pffff..I was an NSYNC girl.' And 10 minutes later I was screaming 'OMG IT'S NICK CARTER!'

LMAO I met Hanson! When I was working for my company in Winnipeg, Hanson was touring WALMARTS so I went back to the staff area and met then. I have a picture somewhere...I think I met LFO too. lol

I wasn't a big Hanson fan but I was all about BSB & NSYNC. I lost interest in BSB once NSYNC came along. If they ever did a reunion tour, look out! I also liked LFO & 98 Degrees and was a big fan of Five too.

Remember when that movie JTT did with Chevy Chase was released? I think it was called Man of the House? Well when I saw the trailer in the theater, I screamed. Everybody stared at me. Yeah, I loved JTT.

I still have my NKOTB VHS tapes! They're in my bedroom. I haven't watched one in a long time though. I've seen NKOTB 10 times. Some may say I'm obsessed.

Guess what guys? The airfare for my Disney World dates is published! Well, it is through Continental anyway. That made me feel like the trip is a little closer. Currently it's going for $238/person roundtrip out of Newark. To be honest, I really don't like Continental. They're AAA's partner so whenever I take a business trip, I have to fly with them and I hate that they charge for everything. Baggage fee, DirecTV service fee, snack fee. It's ridiculous. I'd much rather fly JetBlue. I flew with them last year out of JFK and they're awesome. No bag fees, free DirecTV, unlimited snacks, roomy seats. They're the best! Their fares aren't published yet, only going through September 4 right now. I'm probably going to buy our airfare in January/February when I get my tax refund. Fingers crossed JetBlue is cheaper than Continental (it was last year!)

Anybody have any fun plans this weekend? I have to work tomorrow (ugh, I don't like working Saturdays even if it's only for 6 hours). Kris has off and he promised he'd take me on a date tomorrow. I have no idea what we're going to do. I told him I wanted him to plan it on his own cause he's always asking 'What do you wanna do?' Since we moved, we haven't really had a date night because things were so hectic. I'm looking forward to it I also sugessted he do some Disney research (I have the unofficial guide at home and he's off all next week, hint hint) and plan something he wants to do. That way he can have some input and feel like it's his trip too. He teases me that he doesn't need to read the book because I know everything about Disney so what does he need a book for? He did say he wanted to go to Ohana and Via Napoli though so I guess that's something. I know he'll be more excited once the trips get closer.

All I plan on doing tonight is watching the Rangers game. They're on a winning streak, 5 in a row. I think I may have just jinxed them. On Sunday I'm going to see Paranormal Activity 3 with my sister.

I love JetBlue, for all the reasons you listed! We almost always fly Southwest, though because they often end up being cheaper and they have an amazing change/cancellation policy. Though having assigned seating would be nice!

JetBlue is awesome. Last year, it was actually cheaper to fly from JFK than it was out of EWR. I think we paid $180. Usually the flights around here are over $200.

Southwest doesn't fly direct out of Newark so I've never flown with them. If the price is right, we may fly out of the Philly airport with them. I'm keeping my options open!

Just wanted to post quickly to say Sunshine Rewards is freakin awesome! It's another one of those reward sites that you can earn credit through taking surveys & shopping. The beauty of SR though is that you can cash out their credits for Disney gift cards! I've already earned $18.75 and I've only been a member since October 28. I joined their forums today and there are people that have earned THOUSANDS from this site. My goal is a $250 Disney GC. Amen! I have a few more days before I can see both there and back flights! And I'm looking at paying around $3000 for me and my 3 kids return! No direct flights from Winnipeg. And airport fees and taxes and RIDICULOUS.
