Nicki, the food queen, recommended it and we've gone every year since (she was NOT crazy about dinner). The juice alone is worth the price.![]()
Only if they make it into a Lost on Safari!

Everyone wants to try Boma.. thanks GLEN for the idea! I've wanted to eat here for a while but I always forget about it.
You won't regret it!
But this is a really weird feeling -- I have teenagers...I'm not used to anyone taking my advice.![]()
They might get upset with you... or you can just say 'I told the CM 2, she must of mistakingly put it in for 12'I t looks good.
I originally had Via Napoli for the 8th for dinner too, but then I thought to do Arkershus for Princesses with my family...but my sister is still undecided if she is staying for the WDW portion of the trip, so I am going to make ADR's for just Claire and I. My Mom won't make any commitments till my sister decides and my Aunt and Uncle are waiting as well, and the cousin wants to do what Aunt and Uncle do.So most likely I won't be meeting up with family for dinners. LOL. Which is fine, but I think Claire would like it.
I don't know if it would be right to make an ADR for 12 and then show up with 2?![]()
Thanks!plans look good Tim
we ate at Boma in April....it was good and does have some foods for the unaventures in your group!
It's only a 5K... I stay up to midnight now and run at 8:30am. It won't be much of a difference.oh, MVMCP on friday and then you running in the early morning, ouch you are going to be a tired guy!
I've heard breakfast is really good there! I guess I will have to add that to my never ending list of restaurants I want to eat at in Disney.Tim, plans are looking good. We've never done Boma for dinner, only breakfast (best breakfast buffet in Disney!).
We ate at Jiko in 2009 and took Juliana with us. She is a well behaved kid but Melody & I felt a little out of place there. I loved my meal Melody thought hers was just OK. I doubt we would go back there anytime soon.I think your plans look great and I am all for adding Boma to a list of ADRs. I have a funny story of a friend who traveled there with her kids and stayed off site. She canceled a Jiko reservation in the morning (not a kid place) and got an ADR for Boma instead. She loved it so much she went back 2 nights later and just waited for a table.
I have a Boma breakfast scheduled for June and I can't wait!!!!!!!
NICE! What are you dates? We're spending a long weekend over our anniversary at the Swan. That way we can indulge at Food & Wine without worrying about needing to drive home. So now Disney is a "staycation." Which also makes me geek out![]()
Thanks again for the recommendation! You won't regret it!

There are still a few places I need to try someday but we all gave 2-3 ADRs that we wanted to go to. Plus we have a few new restaurants too. Did I mention how excited I am for this trip?Your ADRs had my stomach growling!![]()
It should be interesting! So excited for you guys, I keep thinking of your big group at these character meals with all those cute kids...so fun!!!
Hey Kristin!!!!! I hope everything is well with you!Hi Tim. I've been lurking around your PTR for a while and finally decided to post. BTW, Christopher is adorable! Your plans for November look really nice. Is Michael going along for the trip again?![]()
I cannot wait for our cruise. It is perfect timing for me- right after my busy time ends. I'll need a vacation by then. The cruise is such a nice way to celebrate Ana being cancer free! She's going to love it. It will be nice for her to have you and Melody all to herself for a while. Can't wait to hear more.
Good question. Melody has made it know she wants a day off. So I might try to get to a park for the am with Juliana. Or just hang at the pool for the day. I have no idea how Christopher is going to be on this trip.Looks like an excellent plan. But are you really going to skip the parks on a 1/10 day?
So our ADRs have been made. Now our trip feels real. I am getting so excited for November even though it is 6 months away. This trip is going to be awesome I just know it. We were able to get every ADR we wanted- most of them at the exact time we requested. I think the biggest difference between the time we requested and the actual ADR time was 40 minutes. Not too bad! Here is the list:

Touring plans has this day as a 1/10 meaning it should be very slow in the parks. I know that we want to have a day off but it might be worth heading to the parks for the am for a little while? Maybe Melody or I will take Juliana to a park for a few hours. We can also play mini-golf, goto the Boardwalk, take the boat to DTD.
Our friends are probably heading to a park
