Morning guys.

Guitardiva: I LOVE that cake. I'm a tink fan myself. I cannot believe you made that yourself.

It's cold here now too. May be record lows for us tonight; they are saying it could get down to 22 and will lose the state's citrus crop. As if the economy here isn't in enough trouble. My parents have an orange crop themselves but thank goodness they have crop insurance in case of their loss. However, all of the farmers without insurance and the farm workers will suffer greatly.

Nat, I'm now like you, checking daily to see if cabin assignments on cat 12's have been made. I'm not expecting upgrades for the two sons in cat 12's as one cabin will have 3 and the other 2 so they will fit in those size cabins. Still it would be nice. I'm sure the other 3 cabins will not get one as we are all located next to one another.

Nat - that is real scary about Shawn - Chance (My BF) owns an auto repair facility (aka a GARAGE ) and AAA is one of his contracts and Ice is the WORST - he is so busy right now and trying to keep people calm too and let them know that everything will be ok -

I actually make a lot of cakes. I run a small fledgling biz from my home called Trisha's Treats. I've made all kinds of specialty cakes. . Disney, Adult, Nascar. Gothic. etc.. I have my first wedding cake order for March. If you want to see some go to http://www.myspace.com/Trishas_Treats


Last night we got a lot of snow. The roads were horrible this morning. More to come tomorrow night.
I am hoping that we'll all have warm weather for our trip. Looking forward to the Sun.

Those are fantastic. I especially like the number 88 cake. I'm just a bit obsessed with Nascar and the 88 driver. My computer at work has duel 23" flatscreens and I have his face plastered across both of them. Everyone wonders why we vacation in January when it's cold. It's because there is no Nascar. It's a shame but my husband and sons do not understand; I watch alone!

We did not get snow but we definately have ice this morning. I would be ready for vacation if I had all of my craft projects done. I hope to finish the last 11 shirts this weekend and then I will only have the door magnets to finish.

Last night we had a blizzard that is continuing on. We are buried in. ugh.. DD7 was suppose to have her last day of school before break. Too bad..They had a party planned. We now get to eat a big batch of Christmas cupcakes meant for a group of ravenous kiddies...cupcake anyone? lol

Hi guys,

Well, we have finally been buried in about 1 - 1.5 ft of snow & it's still snowing! Looks like we will have a white Christmas... Kids are loving it, I forgot how much work it is to get them each bundled up and out the door to play though, it seems by the time I get them out and try to get myself dressed, someone is ready to come back in for something...

I can't complain though, for the most part up until this point it's been pretty mild here..definitely ready for vacation now...

Guitardiva, I love your cakes!

Hello fellow cruisers. I've been so busy but I now have everything done. All 33 shirts are done, all fish extender gifts are done, all door magnets are done. I also made luggage tags and gift envelopes for my crew (to hold their park tickets) plus I had shirts done for every day for my grandson to match the character meals we are going to do with invitations to match the shirts.

With everything done; I feel like we should be leaving tomorrow. Anyone else ready to vacation with me??????

No snow here but looks like it's going to rain tonight. That's as wintry as we get.

I am a bit envious of everyone's cold weather!! December has been fairly warm here in Florida and it looks like christmas day is going to be around 80 degrees While a lot of people may prefer this, I love a cold christmas... Anyways, enough of my complaining!

Plus I just heard from someone that you don't get your paperwork until 2 weeks before you sail. I thought it was 30 days for some reason.
The reason this scares me is we are starting our trip a week before we sail!! We leave for Disney on January 22nd!
Hopefully our travel docs won't be delayed!

Don't scare me. We leave on the 23rd for WDW and mail is notoriously slow to get to the left coast. I will not worry, I will not worry, I will not worry.

On my 1/25 cruise meet board, we had somebody check in yesterday from the cruise prior (1/22) asking if everyone had gotten their room assignments yet - they are still waiting too & they are less than 4 weeks out! Maybe the longer it takes, the more chance you'll get an upgrade??

I just looked over at the Wonder 1-22 cruise board and those people still don't have room #!!
I also tried to rebook my room and the only cat I could book was a cat 5. So they must have almost sold out!!
So much for having the boat to ourselfs

At this point I just want my cruise docs and want to get on the boat!!!
