Well today ended up being another strange one - for me anyway. I started out eating good:
breakfast - low fat granola bar, fat free yogurt, cheese stick
Then I had to meet the tech guy at the Habitat office to finish hooking up our new copier and I didn't get out of my office until about 15 min later than I wanted to, ran through Subway and the line was too long. So I didn't eat lunch. Well kind of -
Ritz Chips (equivalent to 100 cal packs as far as totals)
18 carrots, 2 TBSP light dip
100 cal pack Peanut Butter Crisps (these are GREAT)
bite sized almond joy
I didn't have any other food with me and I couldn't get anywhere because I was late getting back to work. I should have planned better but I really didn't have much I could bring from home without making a huge production. We don't have a micro at the Habitat office.
So came home after leaving my office with no more food (good thing I didn't have any money or I would have hit the candy machine, maybe

). Dinner was...
6 ounce thin and lean New York Strip grilled
1 1/2 cup of Ore Ida Shredded Hashbrowns with very little oil and margarine (the totals on these are actually pretty good)
18 ounces of skim milk
snacked on about a total of 1 ounce of peanuts (Williamsburg ones with little salt - these are sooooooooo good) while making dinner
So, again, didn't get to do totals for today. I'm sure it's okay but I felt like it was really bad. And now dd wants to have popcorn - she is so bad!!!!! I'm can't have any, I can't have any, I can't have any (we'll see how far that gets). I felt thinner today. I could really see the definitions of my hands today. I don't ever really remember seeing the definitions of my hands, even when I was at my thinnest of 130. It's just the way my hand are made. Wedding band almost fits, which I'm just amazed at. I weigh less than I did the day I got married (by almost 20 pounds) and I still can't get my ring back on comfortably. It was comfortable when we got married. I did have carpel tunnel surgery a few years ago and the doc said there might be permanent swelling. I guess there is. I did notice tonight that I can almost get my hand around my wrists - that's a good feeling for me.
I'll try to check in tomorrow - one thing got cancelled so that will give me about 1 1/2 hours at home that I wasn't expecting but I have lots of laundry to do. We'll see if I get to check in.
Hope everyone has a great weekend - thanks for checking in. And RUSS......WAY TO GO!!!!! Nice clippie!!!!! I'm almost half way there and that actually feels good to say!!!!!

Keep up the good work.
Keep on

Chris
