We use Dawn Moseley with CVO (et. al) and have had VERY good experience with her - used them on our last 2 cruises, and for the next 2 booked. We have found their OBC is better than other TAs we have used in the past. She answers e-mails quickly and even takes the time to answer any and all questions I have posed.
