3 night cruise from Feb 6 to Feb 9 departing from port Everglades on the Dream.
Inside room with the magical porthole.
Cold and windy. Port everglades was in the 50s on departure day.
I'm surprised we could dock in Lookout Cay.
Too cold for snorkeling at the beach but still did it.
Went to ask for bike rentals and surprise...no bikes yet.
Walking along the beach at Lookout Cay made up for some deficiencies.
Excursions were canceled both in Lookout Cay and in Nassau due to weather and conditions.
Had the Destiny and The Dream at the same time in Nassau due to their own issues with docking at Castaway Cay. Had dueling ship horns when the Destiny left.
Skipped 2 nights in the rotational dining for Palo and Remy.
Remy was amazing. Palo was OK.
The only time at the rotational dining was for dinner at Animator's palate, which was very disappointing, felt sad, rushed, food quality wasn't great, sheets for drawings to be put on screens were not distributed (not sure if that's still being done).
No special pirate night's menu.
The movie theater and Funnel vision were occupied by the super bowl all Sunday evening.
Merchandise was outdated. They had stuff from Halloween and Christmas for 2025 in the stores.
Our focus was adult dining and excursions (could find alternatives once in Nassau). It would have been a disappointing cruise if the focus had been enjoying the ship and Lookout Cay more.
First (and Last ever) cruise in winter months other than December.
