Cruise Question

The Disney Cruise line os comin got Long Beach again. Does anyone know if we will be able to book these Cruises. If so were would we find the points chart? Or will it be the same as Florida? Also if I understood corectly we can use points for some people and pay for extra passengers how exactly does this work? What is the discount.
