This is quite a quiet group. No one had questions? wow! We must have a bunch of veteran sailers or people who are really good with google!

This will be our 4th official cruise and I have YET to eat at animators palace!!! I WILL on this cruise... HONEST! The first cruise was a 3 night and it was the pirate theme so the light show didnt happen, second cruise I got terribly seasick (30-40 foot seas in the middle of the Mediterranean), 3rd cruise we had palo!

Thanks so much! I went back a few pages to find the FE list. I found one done on the 23rd. It has about 10 or so families. Is that right? Not too many this cruise. Bummer! My last cruise their were 40 families!!
So will you be doing an updated list? I need to get cracking on my gifts.

Here it is again! Let us know your cabin number when you get it! hopefully before most people leave to get to the cruise. I would hate to have to walk around and ask ALL the passengers who they were until we found you!

Not a lot of chatter on here..but I thought I'd post the best thing I brought on my cruise last year... An over-the-door clear shoe organizer.
worked great for lanyards, sunblock and all that other junk that just lays around. )

Good idea. Also we pack an extra reusable grocery sack or two or an extra small empty duffle bag to bring our goodies and treasures back from the trip.

The Dream and Fantasy have a scavenger hunt type game available 24/7. Similar to the old kim possible and now Agent P game at EPCOT. You get a map and a "key card" and go around the ship and hunt for clues in the interactive art work. There are no prizes... but it is super fun!

Also, Disney makes BINGO fun for the whole family. Can't keep up with the BINGO caller? Me neither!!! They have handheld devices that do all the work for you!

and be thankful, if you havent sailed in a long time or at all before, the muster drill (mandatory evacuation drill) are MUCH easier and you are not required to wear your life jackets anymore! What a nightmare trying to get a young child into one of those things was!!! Screaming and tears... historically our muster drills have sent us through some places normally not accessible! Kind of cool!

Another cool thing we did was put 2 white pillow cases and sharpies in a big ziplock with our name and room number - took them to the guest service when we boarded and they had all the characters sign the pillow cases and brought them back to our rooms on the last night.

Also, is anyone aware of any other Florida Resident rates/discounts coming out between now and the end of the year?

Nope, but we are booked on a 5 day on the Wonder out of Miami in mid Januarly 2013 - there were pretty good rates for that one, so check it out

I think this cruise will be verY adult heavy.

I think so too, but that's okay! We've done two transatlantics and the adults definitely outnumbered the kids, but it was all good.

We just booked this cruise on Friday! We're celebrating our baby turning one, however the kids are staying home this time It's going to be my husband and I, our two friends, my MIL, and our Aunt. We have been on Magic and loved it, so I'm sure this will be awesome....can't wait!

Yay!!! We have also only been on the Magic. I am thrilled to get to go on this new beautiful ship, it seems like such a treat.

Me and my family are getting so excited. Family's who've cruise Disney before- were your toddlers afraid of the Disney characters?

I took my son to see the fresh beat band live and he was so excited until they came out and he realized they were the real people then he became very shy and wanted to go home.
