Cruise Meet Sept, 9th 2012 Dream

Hey Teri, I just sent you a couple of photos of our Sept 11th 2011 Dis meet aboard the Beautiful Disney Dream, it's funny that if your husband is the one wearing an orange shirt, I am right beside him! wearing a black t-shirt and DCL lanyard. My wife and my daughter are on their knees in the front , DW is wearing green shorts and black t-shirt and DD is wearing a pink dress. All the photos were taken on my camera by two ladies of the Disney crew.

Thank you so much for emailing me the photos! Your daughter is georgous! Boy do I look silly in the second one! We will definetly have to meet on this cruise, it wouldn't be right to sail twice together and not meet. I think we will have a nice group by the time we sail, so we can plan a DISmeet like last year's. You have just shown everyone how fun a DISmeet can be!

Welcome to our group! That shouldn't be a problem, we are traveling from Madrid, Spain and have always participated in the fish extender exchange during our past cruises!

Hi! Glad you're joining the cruise! DH and I got married at the Boardwalk Resort - our 10th Anniversary was last November.....so this is our better late than never anniversary cruise.

Hi! Please tell me more about your last FE group. How small was it? What kind of gifts did you bring to give, and whatdid you receive? We've got just under three months to get all this done!

Hello! Sorry for the delayed response...I am finally back home after a 2-week work trip.

I was in a FE group for a 7-night cruise on the Magic. Our group was small but we still had enough participants to receive at least one gift per day. We had a schedule to spread out the gift delivery and it was SO much fun walking around the ship to deliver the gifts! That group decided to give gifts based on your home state...so give a gift that represents where you're from. We're in central Ohio and I wanted to bring buckeye candy, but that wouldn't travel well. I ended up giving fancy soaps from Bath and Body Works since that's based in New Albany, Ohio. We got lots of cute things, some people didn't adhere to the "home state" theme and gave Disney gifts but we sure didn't mind! I've heard about FE groups giving gifts based on the ages in the cabin, but we didn't do that. Oh, we also had a limit of $5-8 dollars.

That is awesome !!! You are going to love Palo Brunch! What port adventures did you choose? My DH didn't want to do anything but rent a float for CC day he said he wanted to spend the whole day at Serenity Bay. I have no problem with that. Last year we went parasailing that was fun. We have been to Nassau a couple of times and this time he just wants to shop and have lunch on the ship.

We're booking our activities, too. My DH wants to do the sea lion encounter - oh boy! Should make for some awesome photo oportunities. We were able to get Palo for brunch and Remy for dinner, different days of course. Can't wait!
