Cruise Excursion Question

We take my mom (a stroke patient, wheelchair bound, no speech, paralyzed on one side) on a cruise every year. Now that my kids are getting older, they want to do some excursions instead of just staying on the boat with Grandma. I was thinking of doing the dolphin meet and greet with the kids. It occurred to me last night that since it is a taxi ride to the park, that Mom *might* be able to be an observer. Has anyone gone on this excursion? Anyone remember anything about wheelchair accessibility?

Anything you know would be helpful!

Thanks!

Amy

Amy- from what I know there is a walk to the observation area that is over rough terrain and sand. You might want to call the cruiseline directly to ask that question, but generally the area is not wheelchair accessible. ---Kathy

I know what you mean- it's hard to travel in other countries but it really makes me appreciate the ADA. ---Kathy
