We are cruising Feb. 22 & were informed by DU that our docs aren't even printed up yet...we paid the cruise in full over a month ago. Has anyone else ever had this problem?? Cathie & The Gang (last year we had our docs a month & a half before sailing)

Sounds like what happened to us last year.
I can't figure out how someone on the 2/26 cruise has their docs already and yours haven't even been printed YET!

We booked with DU last year and again for this year. I think I remember reading that DCL prints the docs out in batches and sends them out. Shouldn't they make sure that everyone on earlier cruises have theirs before they send out later cruisers?

Nothing more disappointing then reading about a later cruiser getting their docs before you. BUT I think when DU told me that it was only four days later that our docs came. So when DCL does print them up it doesn't take long for you to get them. If I remember correct that when you book with DU your docs will come straight from DCL.

Yours should come very soon:D
Have a great cruise.:Pinkbounc

Hi
We are cruising on the 2/14 Magic and just got our docs late last week. We also booked with DU (with Disney Air). We have heard that Disney Air docs are the last to be sent out. If you paid for Disney Air, call DCL and see if you can get your flight info, so you can choose seats. That worked for us. Good luck.

We booked our own air and picked our own seats also through Continental.

I would not worry about it yet.

Expedia could not find my docs and at 9 days from cruise time they called DCL who reissued the docs.

They arrived the next day.

So in theory, even if you did not get your docs 2 days before you leave, they can get them to you.

Went through DU on our last cruise (Dec. 14th 2003) and didn't get our docs until less than 2 weeks from sailaway.

We booked through DU (no air though) for our Wonder cruise on February 29th and received our docs last Wednesday...in Canada no less;)

I sure hope our docs don't come real late.
We need them early because I need to have the parents of a child traveling with us fill out and notarize the consent form. Her parents are leaving for Hawaii almost 2 weeks before we leave for Orlando. Is there anyway to request your docs early or at least her docs????
