I personally can run a "fever" from exerting in the heat. Always assumed, but have been testing it recently.Theres literally a cooling tent for people to cool off in if their temperature is too high when they first take their temperature . If they fail the 2nd time, then you’re probably under the weather and definitely should not be in the park, let alone feel the need to go to the parks in the first place.
The other day, mowed in 85ish temps, took temp after, 101.4

I checked it after a walk one day, 99.6, so okay, but still nervous.
I am about to go for a walk and its 78 out, so we shall see how that compares.

But I am actually bringing a velcro icepack for my neck to help while at parks, and had considered wearing it on the walk over. But if that is frowned upon...
