I've never heard of them....

Perhaps if you know city and state it's located, you can check with the Better Business Bureau....

Yes, we used them for our family reunion cruise in Dec 2002.
They gave our group the best price of a dozen TA's. After we booked, our cruise decreased by $200 pp and they gave us a credit. It is not your handholding type service, if that is what you're looking for...LOL... but were very satisfactory and readily available to answer any questions thru-out our 2 yr. wait. Thanks everyoone. I did research them under the BBB and have visited their website several times. It's reassuring to find out that someone has used them already and had a good experience. I do a lot of travel legwork myself so I don't really need the hand holding They had the cheapest price for the cruise I wanted so far. Anyone else use them?

I checked a book out of the library called "Caribbean Cruises 2003" I think? Sorry don't know the author, however, the cruise411.com website was listed in the book as being reputable and as having the best prices. If I get a chance I will try to find out the correct name and author of the book for you. I booked through allseastravel.com and got a great price and service.

The first time I heard of the ws on The Rosie show. She gave cruises away a couple of times and said that's who they used. I kind of figured if the show was going to use them they must have checked they out pretty well. I was going to use them for our cruise in May but All Seasons had a better price.

Thanks alot everyone. I know it's difficult to talk about another agency without feeling disloyal to DU , but I didn't know anywhere else to ask and I'm interested in going on a cruise that's not DCL Just this once, but I'll be back, for sure.
